What It Is
An examination of the soul’s conversation with God
Scripture calls believers to examine themselves (2 Cor. 13:5). The Spiritual Assessment offers a structured, theologically informed way to do so — taking the ten integrated dimensions of prayer and asking, with honesty and grace, how each is present in your life.
It is not a test to pass or fail, nor a measure of worth before God. It is a mirror held up to the Word — a tool for spiritual formation that helps you see clearly where the Spirit is already at work and where He is inviting growth.

Cultivates generosity, forgiveness, and love for enemies. Breaks cycles of bitterness and retribution.
